Let me state that I have a big head with hair that is thick enough . This hat fit me! I actually laughed when it fit me, because I was expecting to pass it along to my wife However, this is going to be my costume this year because it fits!

Bottom line is you won't get a hat that is quality enough to wear more than a couple of times for this price anywhere else.
