To start with the packaging was well wrapped. It was wrapped to an extent so that the first time i lifted the pillow would have been less than 2 cms. But now its bloated and should be 10-15 cms. This gives you an idea of the quality of the memory foam inside the pillow. I am not sure how long it was wrapped. But it should be atleast in the package for a month.
Next the Quality of the outer layer. It is very soft and it gives a nice feeling when you rest your head. Depending upon the pressure you apply over the pillow the memory foam goes inside and comes back to the same position, This doesn't act like a plush pillow where your pillow entirely goes inside. I am in my late 20's, I feel really comfortable. This pillow actually gave even more comfort to my parents, who are in their 50's.
On the Pricing stand it costs $44 little on the expensive side, but you get the comfort of it. But Remember this is a product which you use everyday 8 hours. So It is not very expensive compared to the items which you use once in a week or once a month.
