This is a yoga workout session that is especially designed for expecting moms. Yoga is very essential workout that can be done during pregnancy to stay fit and active though out all three trimesters. This Prenatal vinyasa Yoga workout is by Julie Schoen. She is a certified pre - natal yoga instructor.

This has a 60 minutes yoga workout for all trimesters. It also consists of meditations and restorative poses that helps to connect the baby and the mom together. Many of the poses instructed in the video are really easy to do. Few of the a quiet challenging.

The instructor in the video is also pregnant. She describes each yoga very nicely. She uses pillows , Blankets , chairs , yoga mat and yoga blocks and few other accessories. But she also gives instruction to replace these with other items if we don't have them at home. This aspect was very cool as we need not spend money to get that particular item. I liked this part in this dvd.

Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga workout is the best thing expecting women can do for themselves and their babies. It helps to stay fit active and relaxed though out the stages of pregnancy. I recommend this dvd to everyone who is pregnant and also who are trying to be pregnant. It is really worth spending on this.
